The voice fiter would help:

  1. Make the message much clearer when you speak from a noisy place.
  2. Prevent the interlocutor from hearing what's going on around you if you don't want him/her to.
HOW IT WORKS
The owner of the phone records the pattern of his/her voice and instruct the phine to filter out everything else as much as possible without distorting the voice.
The voice filter function could normally be 'On' and switched off when required.
