Victoria Kozlova has already written about it. We agreed that reopened suggestions should be treated as new ones. Her suggestion was closed as implemented. Yet, today I reopened a suggestion and I see the Victoria's suggestion was not implemented. My reopened suggestion still has the old date of latest modification and stays where it was before.

KIndly implement the suggestion properly and, in future, test the suggestions implemented before marking them as "Implemented". Otherwise people will be discouraged to make improvement suggestions and the site will never take off.
