PayPal-like Funds Transfer for Skype

 PayPal-ToPaypal-Account funds transfer is a great fee-free service.

People need a similar service elsewhere. Skype, for instance, could have a similar service. At the moment, to transfer funds to a relative's or a friend's account, I need to know her password to login into her account and thus be abe to make payment. That's a privacy violation. A PayPal-like funds transfer would solve this problem, make payments for Skype's phone call easier, and, as a result, would increase Skype's profits.
