We've been using the Innovation Football to evaluate various ideas and innovation teams with great success during the last 12 months.

The time has come to create the Innovation Football as a computer game so that any innovator or innovation team could use it.

To create a game, we must generate lots of ideas about  possible moves of innovators and opponents.

Possible solutions:

  • Entrepreneurial action on the part of the project leader aimed at finding additional or alternative sources of funding
  • Earning money somewhere elese and channel it to the project
  • Find investing partners
  • Find prospective large customers who would indicate interest in the product and thus help to persuade project sponsors to provide additional funds
