British Prime Minister Theresa May is trying to make remarkable changes in the modern English language. For instance, she started using the term 'HIGHLY LIKELY' a synonym for "BULLSHIT". She kept saying 'HUGHLY LIKELY' while telling bullshit about poisoning of Skripal in Salisbury. She kept saying 'HIGHLY LIKELY' while telling bullshit about chemical attack in Syria. 

Actually, Therera May has been lying all the way since she run to British Prime Minister election. Theresa May "Liar, Liar' song topped UK charts then. Now this is a most popular song again. 

Yet, as Britain is where English language was born, many Western politicians,like US representative in United Naions started using 'HIGHLY LIKELY' as synonym for 'BULLSHIT'. So, not just Internet-born English language innovations are introduced, UK and US top politicians also participate in this process.)))
